My last couple of visits to Ukraine I had to go to an Internet Club to get online.

I have seen the USB Internet cards to use cellular service to get online.  I use the same thing in the US for internet access. 

What is the average charge for this kind of internet access?  Is this service available in Yalta?

Internet is available everywhere but its been a while since I used it also.

I have visited Ukraine and also happens same thing, using a cellular for browsing internet is really a big achievement for Ukraine.
